Doors, wardrobes, kitchens, wall panels and millwork. We draw every piece at 1:5, partner workshops make it to those drawings, and it is dry-fitted before it reaches site.
Wardrobes, kitchens, vanities and media walls
Doors and full-height wall panelling
Staircases, handrails and balustrade joinery
Reception desks, counters and banquette carcasses
Veneer matched at the flitch, not at the sample board
The whole interior, from shell to keys, in homes, offices, shops, restaurants and hotels. One contract covers MEP, partitions, ceilings, stone and finishes, with one programme and one project manager.
We draw the interior before we build it: space planning, materials boards from real samples, joinery details at 1:5, and a full set of shop drawings you sign before anything is cut.
Space planning and furniture layouts
Joinery details drawn at 1:5
Materials boards from real samples, not renders
Shop drawings issued for signature before cutting
Lighting and switching laid out with the ceiling
02Under the same contractFrom the 2026 company profile
One contract, concept to handover.
Design, approvals, civil and MEP works, joinery and furniture sit under one contract and one project manager.
01
Authority approvals
Drawings and submissions for Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defence and the free zones: DIFC, DMCC, Trakhees and Dubai Development Authority. Our own team prepares every set.
02
MEP design and works
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing, including air conditioning and ventilation.
03
Civil works
Building and interior civil works, with civil engineers on the team.
04
Steel, glass and aluminium
Pergolas in timber, aluminium or both, and glass and aluminium work, run on the same programme as the interior.
05
IT, AV and automation
AV, IT and automation systems, planned with the MEP design.
06
After handover
A quality inspection and a full set of operation and maintenance manuals, then a fit-out warranty and maintenance. We stay on call after we leave site.
03ScopeWhat each one gets
What we take on, sector by sector.
The same three disciplines, but a villa and a mall unit do not go wrong in the same way.
01
Residential
You want the house finished without living on a building site.
Wardrobes, kitchens, staircases and panelling made to our own drawings
Shop drawings signed off before anything is cut
Dry-fitted before delivery, so the villa sees one delivery, not five
One named site supervisor for the whole programme
Snag list closed before handover, not after
02
Hospitality
You want to open on the date you gave your investors.
Bar fronts, banquette carcasses and pool-deck joinery
Fixings and finishes specified for salt air, not for a showroom
Programme built backwards from your opening date
Night and weekend installation where service cannot stop
Replacement parts held for the pieces that take the most wear
03
Retail
You want the shop open on time, with no trouble from the landlord.
Shopfronts, display cases and fitting rooms built off site
Mall fit-out rules read before the drawings, not after the rejection
Installation inside the handover window the centre gives you
Finishes that survive a thousand hands a day
One contractor for joinery, ceilings, floors and the snag list
04
Commercial
You want the floor occupied without the business stopping.
Reception desks, boardrooms and full-height partitions
Phased so occupied floors keep working through the programme
Services coordinated with the base build, not fought with
Acoustic performance specified where the rooms need it
Handover documented well enough to hand to facilities
